		<description>Good post.  You are right - you cannot rely solely on the same foods, or solely on fruits and veggies.  They can be the main part of your diet, but I think we need some grains and beans, nuts, etc.

I did some research when we became vegan, and I found that some of the deficiencies with this type of diet were B-12 and Iodine.  So, you may need to supplement in some way.</description>
