Raw Food Diet – How To Start
I know the new year always make people think about starting a new diet. Here is a really good video talking about how to start a raw food diet.
I do not eat a completely raw food diet but most of my food is raw. In my opinion simply ditching junk foods and increasing your raw food intake will greatly improve your health and help you lose weight. I could survive on completely raw food.
Raw Fooders’ make full use of the foods shown on the video such as fruit smoothies, celery sticks and so on. It just takes a firm decision of your mind to lose the burgers and pizzas and start preparing and eating fruit, vegetables and nuts.
