Eating a raw food diet – how much is enough?
There are 3 main types of raw food dieters. There are those who like me want to eat healthily and know that by increasing the amount of raw food that they consume they will help their health. I generally eat between 60 and 70% of my food raw.

Sensible Dieting is almost an Oxymoron in that nearly all dieters are not looking for something sensible. They are looking for weight loss and they want it now. So how does detoxing work and in particular where does a raw food detox diet fit in the the scale of being sensible?
